Artifen is produced by Abbot, which contains Diclofenac Sodium. Artifen is the strongest pain killer medicine, which reduces any kind of body pain within a few minutes. It is an anti-inflammatory anti-rheumatic, analgesic, and antipyretic agent. It is rapidly absorbed into plasma with peak levels occurring at around two hours. Patients who are facing muscle pain, cut pain, joint pain, fracture pain, or sprains and strains can use this tablet to reduce inflammation and pain.

Composition

Diclofenac Sodium: It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is being used for the indication and treatment of pain and inflammation, post-operation pain, ankylosing, bursitis, low back pain, musculoskeletal disorders, sprains and strains, pernicious anemia and rheumatoid arthritis, headache, tendinitis, and ureteric colic, etc.

Side Effects

Severe side effects of diclofenac sodium include nephritic syndrome, peptic ulceration, lower gut disorders, bleeding, anaphylaxis, anaphylactoid and papillary necrosis, etc.

High-Risk Group: Diclofenac sodium should not be given to intrinsic coagulation defects and all those patients taking anticoagulant therapy.

Pregnancy and lactation
